Spiced Cashews – 1/2 cup
Pumpkin Seeds (kaddu ke beej) – 1/4 cup
Sesame Seeds (til) – 2 tablespoons
Papri Chips – 1/2 cup
Chaat Masala – 1 teaspoon
Red Chili Flakes – 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
Salt – to taste
Desi Ghee or Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Prepare the Nuts and Seeds:
- In a large bowl, mix the roasted chickpeas, fried peanuts, spiced cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds.
