Ingredients

  • Pakistani Nimco (assorted fried snack mix, available in stores)

  • Roasted Chickpeas – 1 cup

  • Fried Peanuts – 1/2 cup

  • Spiced Cashews – 1/2 cup

  • Pumpkin Seeds (kaddu ke beej) – 1/4 cup

  • Sesame Seeds (til) – 2 tablespoons

  • Papri Chips – 1/2 cup

  • Chaat Masala – 1 teaspoon

  • Red Chili Flakes – 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)

  • Salt – to taste

  • Desi Ghee or Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  • Prepare the Nuts and Seeds:
  • In a large bowl, mix the roasted chickpeas, fried peanuts, spiced cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds.

    Drizzle with desi ghee or olive oil and toss to coat evenly.

    Sprinkle with chaat masala, red chili flakes, and salt. Toss again to mix well.
  • Combine Ingredients:
  • Gently fold in the Pakistani nimco and papri chips into the nut and seed mixture, being careful not to break the papri chips.

Notes

  • Serve:Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for a crunchy, flavorful snack.

Sprinkle with chaat masala and red chili flakes for added flavor, with a light coating of desi ghee for a glossy finish.
